Bringing summer back

After a couple of quiet summers, Rooftop Sessions was finally back at Coogee Pavilion. A long-lost feeling of hazy summer playfulness was returning to the venue, and the campaign needed to capture that same energy.

As the first major event after COVID, Merivale wanted to reconnect with the broad mix of Eastern Suburbs locals, bringing people back together and giving them a reason to celebrate summer again. The creative approach embraced the carefree spirit of the event, creating a vibrant visual world that felt playful, social and unmistakably local to Coogee.
